Choosing to repair your air conditiong and heating equipment in the Houston area can sometimes NOT be for the faint of heart. Getting the best value for your dollar and ensuring that the repair will last long enough for you to recover your investment are just two things you should be worried about.
We work very hard to ensure that the proper repairs are made to our customer’s equipment. In addition, we make certain that the repairs are completed in order to actually extend the operational life of the equipment.
Without ensuring that the “life” of the equipment is actually extended, there really is no reason for making repairs in the first place. Our experience has told us that a multitude of band aids and return trips for service calls do not make for happy customers. And, since we like happy customers, you can feel comfortable that we will generate a complete evaluation BEFORE we start making repairs. We will also provide “recommendations” and discuss your options with you completely until you feel comfortable moving forward.
By thoroughly checking the equipment and all of the components we are able to provide our customers with a complete picture of the system as it operates, or doesn’t, at that point in time. We can then make recommendations that will save our customers time, money, and often damage to their homes or businesses.
